Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales Only
All sales are to trade and commercial buyers. Consumer cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 do not apply.

Custom-Made - Made To Order  Orders

  • Non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.

  • If an order is cancelled before production, Fridges World may deduct costs incurred up to that point.

In-Stock Goods

  • Non-refundable once dispatched.

  • Returns are accepted only if goods are proven defective and reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

  • If a discretionary return is approved, the Buyer covers:

    • All transport and insurance costs,

    • Any storage or handling charges, and

    • A restocking fee of up to 20%.

  • Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed only after inspection and confirmation that the item meets return requirements.
