Delivery Scope
Fridges World delivers throughout the UK. All deliveries are business-to-business and kerb-side unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Custom & Cake Display Fridges

  • Delivery and placement are included in the quoted price (standard ground-floor access).

Supermarket Fridges & Remote Systems

  • Delivery cost depends on product type, quantity, and location.

  • Some plug-in models include delivery; others require a separate quote.

  • Installation or connection to existing systems is not included unless stated.

Cold Rooms & Large Equipment

  • Delivery and installation are subject to site conditions and confirmed quotation.

Missed or Failed Delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, absence, or unpaid balance:

  • Goods remain non-refundable.

  • Redelivery or storage fees will apply.

Inspection on Delivery
All goods must be inspected on arrival. Damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours with photos.
